Welcome. This is the user guide for the Sites That Grow client portal — the web app where you submit work, see your hours, talk to us, and pay invoices.
If you're just looking for the marketing site, that's at sitesthatgrow.com. This documentation is for active clients managing an engagement with us.
What you can do in the portal
- Submit requests for new work, fixes, or improvements
- Track your monthly improvement hours and see what's been logged
- Reply to our updates with context, screenshots, or new direction
- See and pay invoices — care plan and one-off project work in one list
- Access shared files — staging URLs, brand assets, deliverables
- Tune notifications — pick what pings you and how
How you got in
Sites That Grow is invite-only. There's no public sign-up. To get an account, we send you an invite email from Stripe with a magic link — click it once, set your own password, and you're in.
If you're an existing client and never received an invite, email us and we'll resend.
