We've added AI software and AI automation to our public service list. Both are work we've been doing privately for a while; we figured it was time to scope them as a real engagement.
What this looks like in practice:
- AI software — chatbots, summarization tools, structured extraction, content engines built into your existing app or website
- AI automation — n8n flows, custom webhooks, Claude/OpenAI calls glued together to take repetitive ops work off your team
We pick the right model for the job (Claude for reasoning, OpenAI for vision, vector search via pgvector when you need recall) and bake in observability so you can see what's running.
Two recent examples we can talk about: an inventory dashboard with auto-generated description writeups for a veterinary specialty, and a lead-intake flow that classifies inbound forms before they hit a sales inbox.
