When we scope a one-off build (a new site, a custom dashboard, an AI integration), the invoice now goes through Stripe end-to-end.
What changed:
- We create the invoice from the admin side; Stripe emails you a hosted pay page
- You pay with a card or your usual method — no PDF chasing, no copy-pasting account numbers
- The portal shows the invoice with status (open, paid, overdue) updating live as Stripe webhooks fire
- All your invoices — care plan and project — show up in one list at the bottom of your dashboard
For care plan subscribers, the same Stripe Customer Portal lets you swap plans, update payment methods, and download receipts whenever.
If you're an existing client and have an outstanding invoice, you'll see it in the new format on your next dashboard load.
