Dashboard tour
What every section of your client dashboard means.
Your dashboard at /home/<your-team> is the single view of everything happening on your account.
Quick stats strip
The top row shows three numbers at a glance:
- Open requests — how many tickets are currently in flight (statuses: New, In Progress, Waiting on you)
- This month — what percentage of your monthly improvement hours has been used
- Invoices — count of unpaid invoices
Each stat clicks through to its full page.
Plan card
The big card below the stats shows your active care plan:
- The remaining improvement hours this month, in big type
- A progress bar showing used vs. included
- "Renews on May 1 · don't roll over" — your plan resets monthly; unused hours are gone, not banked
- A small stat strip with Included / Used / Remaining
If you don't have a plan yet, this card shows an empty state with a button to start a conversation about one.
Latest requests
The bottom section shows your 4 most recent requests with their status badges. Click any to jump into the full request thread.
Sidebar
The left sidebar has the four main sections: Dashboard, Requests, Files, Invoices — plus settings down below (Profile, Members, Billing, Notifications).
The bell in the sidebar header surfaces in-app notifications when we update something on your account.
