SeniorCenters.com
A two-year SEO and product build for a senior services directory — grew organic traffic to a peak of 30,000+ visitors per month, sustained at 15,000–20,000 monthly. Includes a custom billing dashboard, online payments, and a purpose-built ad management system for advertisers.

SeniorCenters.com had a small audience, no real monetization infrastructure, and no clear way for advertisers to work with the site. Content was thin in the categories that mattered, the technical foundation wasn't tuned for organic search, and there was no system to bill customers, accept payments online, or let advertisers manage their own placements.
Turn SeniorCenters.com into a high-authority, sustainably-trafficked resource in the senior services niche — and build the underlying business systems (billing, payments, advertiser management) needed to monetize that traffic without manual overhead.
What changed across the build.
SEO content engine
Hundreds of articles and category resources mapped to real senior-services search intent, written and structured to compete in a competitive informational niche.
Custom audience tools
Purpose-built tools and resources for the senior-services audience that pull users in from search and keep them engaged on the site.
Billing dashboard
A custom billing dashboard that tracks customer accounts, invoices, payment history, and subscription status without relying on a generic billing tool.
Online payments
End-to-end online payments so customers and advertisers can pay without manual invoicing, with all the records flowing back into the billing dashboard.
Advertiser system
A brand-new system for managing advertisers and ad placements — letting partners sign up, configure their ads, and manage their own relationship with the site instead of going through email back-and- forth.
Ongoing care + automations
Continuous SEO maintenance, technical health checks, and automations that keep traffic compounding month over month.
What we built.
Sites That Grow took the site head-on for two years: an SEO-led content engine, hundreds of new articles and resources, and custom tools tailored to the audience. On the product side we built a billing dashboard, an online payment system, and a brand-new ad management platform where advertisers can sign up, configure placements, and manage their own spend. The marketing and the product systems compound — more traffic feeds more advertisers, who fund more growth.
How it came together.
The work started with a deep audit of the site's category structure, technical SEO foundations, and content gaps. From there we built an editorial pipeline focused on the topics that mattered most to the audience, paired with custom tools that gave readers something they couldn't find elsewhere. As traffic grew we layered in the business systems — billing, payments, and the advertiser platform — so the monetization could keep pace without requiring more manual operations.
The outcome.

The full story.
SeniorCenters.com is a long-running build that grew from a quiet directory into one of the more visible resources in its niche. The work started two years ago and ran on two parallel tracks: an SEO content engine to bring the audience in, and a set of custom product systems to monetize that audience without manual overhead.
On the marketing side we shipped hundreds of articles and resources across the categories that matter to senior services, paired with custom tools tailored to the audience that gave readers something they couldn't find on competing sites. Within the first year, organic traffic peaked above 30,000 visitors per month. It now sits consistently at 15,000–20,000 monthly visitors thanks to ongoing SEO maintenance and automations that keep the site compounding.
On the product side we built the business infrastructure: a custom billing dashboard, online payment processing, and a brand-new system for managing advertisers and ad placements. Advertisers can sign up, configure their placements, and manage their own relationship with the site directly. The billing dashboard tracks every customer and invoice cleanly without us bolting on a generic SaaS tool.
The result is a site where the marketing and the product reinforce each other. Every month of compounding SEO traffic gives the advertiser platform more value, and the advertiser revenue funds the next layer of growth. Two years in, the foundation is stable, the traffic is sustained, and the systems run without us having to be in the middle of every transaction.
