Sirius Canine Fertility
A complete website rebuild, service-page SEO overhaul, and custom customer dashboard for a canine fertility and semen storage facility with inventory, shipment, collection, PDF, and admin workflows built around the business.

Sirius Canine Fertility had two connected problems. The public website needed to be rebuilt from the ground up, with clearer service pages, stronger search foundations, cleaner URLs, proper redirects, schema, and better on-page SEO. The business also needed a private system for a very specific veterinary storage workflow: customer profiles, dogs, semen collections, shipments, logs, inventory status, PDFs, and admin operations that could not be handled well by a generic website or spreadsheet.
Replace the outdated site with a fast, structured, SEO-focused website and build an all-in-one customer portal for canine fertility storage. The public site needed to earn trust and explain each service clearly. The private dashboard needed to help staff manage customer records and help customers see their stored semen information without relying on static PDFs.
What changed across the build.
Full website rebuild
The outdated website was replaced with a modern public experience built around trust, service clarity, mobile usability, technical performance, accessibility, and a cleaner customer path.
Service-page SEO expansion
Every service page was reviewed, restructured, and expanded with better on-page content so each page could answer real buyer questions instead of acting like a thin service list.
URL restructuring and redirects
The site architecture was reorganized with cleaner URLs and proper SEO redirects so older paths could pass users and search engines to the right updated pages.
Schema and technical SEO
The rebuild included structured data, metadata cleanup, page hierarchy, crawl-friendly content, and technical improvements designed to support long-term organic visibility.
Customer dashboard
A private dashboard was built so customers can log in and see meaningful information about their stored semen, including dogs, collections, shipments, logs, and calculated inventory details.
Custom admin operations
The admin side was redesigned around the actual work Sirius performs, including customer setup, dog profiles, inventory management, PDF generation, and special invite workflows.
What we built.
Sites That Grow rebuilt the website, restructured the service architecture, cleaned up URLs, added SEO redirects, expanded the service content, handled on-page SEO, and added schema for stronger technical search signals. We also designed and built a custom dashboard where admins can create customer profiles, attach dog profiles, track collections, connect shipments and logs, auto-calculate important inventory fields, and generate customer-facing PDFs. The result is both a stronger marketing website and a purpose-built software system for a specialized canine fertility storage operation.
A custom dashboard for the way operations really work.
Customer profiles
Admins can create and manage customer profiles that become the central place for a customer's dogs, collections, shipments, and stored inventory.
Dog profiles
Each customer profile can contain dog records, making it easier to connect collections and stored semen to the correct animal instead of keeping that context buried in files.
Collections and inventory
Collections can hold the operational data needed for semen storage, including calculated fields that help staff and customers understand what is currently stored and available.
Shipments and logs
Shipments and activity logs help track exactly where inventory has gone, what changed, and how the storage record has evolved over time.
PDF intake and generation
The system can use PDF information and generate updated PDFs, reducing repeated manual formatting while still supporting the documents customers and staff expect.
Customers without email
Sirius needed admin workflows for customers who do not use email. The portal includes custom setup paths so staff can still create and manage those customer records correctly.
How it came together.
The project started by auditing the old public website and mapping the real operational workflow behind the business. From there, we rebuilt the site structure, rewrote and expanded the service pages, planned the redirect map, added schema, and designed the private dashboard around the way staff actually manage customers, dogs, collections, and shipments. The admin portal was then redesigned so the software felt like part of the business instead of a generic backend.

The full story.
Sirius Canine Fertility needed more than a visual refresh. The business needed a better public website and a private operating system for a workflow that is unusually specific: veterinary fertility services, stored semen, customer records, dog records, collections, shipments, inventory history, and documents that customers still need to understand.
The public side of the project started with structure. We went through every service page, reorganized the URLs, created the redirect plan, expanded thin service content, improved on-page SEO, and added schema so the site had a stronger technical foundation. The goal was not just to make the site look newer. It needed to explain the services clearly, help search engines understand the business, and give customers more confidence before they ever logged in.
The private side became the bigger operational win. Instead of forcing customers and staff to rely on PDFs alone, the dashboard gives each customer a live profile. Admins can add dogs to that profile, connect collections to those dogs, and track shipments and logs so the inventory record shows where stored semen has gone and what is currently available. Important fields are calculated automatically, which reduces manual checking and makes the record easier to understand.
The admin experience was also rebuilt around Sirius's real workflows. Staff can create customer profiles, manage records, generate PDFs, and handle customers who do not have an email address. That last detail matters because real businesses have edge cases that generic software ignores. The portal had to work for how Sirius actually serves customers, not just for the cleanest possible signup flow.
The result is a website and dashboard that support both sides of the business. The public site is clearer, faster, more structured, and more search-friendly. The portal gives customers a useful view of their stored semen information, and it gives staff a central system for the work they were already doing across documents, records, and manual updates.
Beyond the website and software, the project pulled in the rest of what Sites That Grow offers as a full-service partner. We migrated Sirius off GoDaddy, saving them hundreds of dollars a month, and moved their email accounts off GoDaddy and onto Microsoft directly so they were no longer locked in. We ran a security audit on the existing site and fixed the flaws we found in the new build. We continue to provide hands-on IT support — answering questions about spam and phishing emails, recommending what kind of computer to buy for a specific operational need and whether the price was right.
We also helped Sirius look at the bigger picture. The business sits on a body of operational data that almost no one else in the industry has, and we developed a game plan to turn that data into a product offering that sets Sirius apart from generic competitors. The work is no longer just a website and a dashboard — it's a foundation for what the business can become next.
